Being hero to decent people seems like a fast track to an early grave. [Ah, as is often the case, when he's relaxed his thoughts just kind of find their way to his mouth.]
Of course, it looks like my method wasn't much better; you're at least a few years older than I am. But I do understand. And they never stop putting expectations on you--projecting what they wish they could do and assuming you will do it. And then when you don't, or can't....
